Jason Pananos

Jason Pananos is a co-founder of The Nashton Company.  The Nashton Company is a holding company investing in recurring revenue services businesses.  Nashton builds leading companies in niche markets over a very long period of time        

Prior to cofounding the firm, Jason served as the President of Vector Disease Acquisition, a holding company that provides vector-borne disease prevention programs and lake management services.  Under Jason's leadership, the company made 14 acquisitions and grew at a CAGR of 43%.  Vector Disease Acquisition was acquired by Rentokil Initial (FTSE: RTO) in November of 2017.  

Jason obtained a Master in Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a BBA in finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  Jason and his wife Danielle have four children and live in Longmeadow, MA.

Jay Davis

Jay Davis is a co-founder of The Nashton Company.  The Nashton Company is a holding company investing in recurring revenue services businesses.  Nashton builds leading companies in niche markets over a very long period of time.         

Prior to cofounding the firm, Jay served as the CEO of Vector Disease Acquisition, a holding company that provides vector-borne disease prevention programs and lake management services.  Under Jay’s leadership, the company made 14 acquisitions and grew at a CAGR of 43%.  Vector Disease Acquisition was acquired by Rentokil Initial (FTSE: RTO) in November of 2017.  

Jay obtained a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Economics.  Jay and his wife Susan have three boys and live in Nashville, TN.

Mike Ford

Operating Executive

Mike Ford is an Operating Executive of The Nashton Company.  The Nashton Company is a holding company investing in recurring revenue services businesses.  Nashton builds leading companies in niche markets over a very long period of time.  Mike is proactively working with the team to identify and source attractive investment opportunities and to then take a leadership role in the companies in which Nashton invests.    

Prior to joining the firm, Mike was the Managing Director of Lead-Out Advisors providing strategic, management, and operational consulting to privately owned companies. Mike served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for BBA Aviation which provides aftermarket services in the business and general aviation industry.  He joined BBA from United Technologies Corporation (UTC) where he held several executive and leadership positions.  During his tenure at UTC, he was responsible for the worldwide business development activity for UTC Aerospace Systems, led and executed several large strategic deals, and had full P&L responsibility for several business operating units. Prior to joining UTC, Mike spent 14 years with Citigroup, Inc., where his last role was as Vice President in the Investment Banking Division. 

Mike holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Illinois. He and his wife Chris have three children and live in Avon, CT.

Allan Rowe

Operating Executive

Allan Rowe is an Operating Executive of The Nashton Company.  The Nashton Company is a holding company that invests its own capital in recurring revenue services businesses, building them with a focus on long-term growth.  Allan is an experienced business executive and entrepreneur, focused on sourcing attractive investment opportunities in which he will take an operating leadership role.

Previously, Allan was Chief Commercial Officer and Co-founder of Waypoint Leasing, a global helicopter leasing company serving oil & gas and emergency medical services segments, where he led the design and expansion of Waypoint’s global platform across seven offices worldwide and the growth of the business to over $1.6B in assets through organic growth and portfolio acquisitions.

Prior to founding Waypoint, Allan was Vice President of Government and Essential Services at Era Group Inc, the aviation subsidiary of SEACOR Holdings (NYSE:CKH). In his role at Era, he led government and para-public business development and supported the growth of Era’s helicopter leasing business. 

Early in his career, Allan was an Officer in the U.S. Navy, serving first as a Deck Officer on a Guided Missile Destroyer (USS John S. McCain) in Japan, and later as a Special Operations Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Officer in Southeast Asia.  In this later role, he led a small unit in counter insurgency operations in the Southern Philippines. 

Allan is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Harvard Business School and is a native of Birmingham, Alabama.
